Short Bio

Sarah E. Seeley is a member of the Horror Writers Association, a mad scientist, a rusty cellist, a world traveler, and a cat lover. She has a Master of Science in Palaeoanthropology and Palaeolithic Archaeology from the University College London, and enjoys studying dead things to figure out what makes life on Earth so amazing. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Durham University exploring what insect traces on fossil bone can reveal about Neanderthal mortuary behavior. On delightfully stormy, curious, and adventurous days, she sometimes writes things that other people like to read.
Intro
Welcome to my author blog. I tend to post at whatever frequency suits me, and to write new stories and content at my own pace. I like to share other creative projects beyond my writing as well. My home here on the web is a bit of an eclectic place, but I hope you enjoy the visit. Please do pop in from time to time to see what’s new.
If you’re looking for “Slithers of Thought,” you’ve come to the right place. After many years with this name, I am now using my own name for my author site instead.
I am currently working on a PhD in archaeology at Durham University in the UK, and thus I may be posting or updating content here more occasionally than regularly while I focus my energy on that pursuit.
If you’re interested in seeing more details about my public writing antics or my published stories, you can check these out on my site tabs “Sarah’s Fiction” and “Author Events.” If you’re looking for info on my music channel, Domestic Cellectric, or my podcast in the works, These Infested Bones, you can also find these in the navigation tab.
Thanks for stopping by! Do good things, and follow your dreams!
Cheers,
Sarah
