Remembering My Grandparents Who Served

This is a picture of my grandmother, Helen Gladys Smith Seeley, who served in the U.S. Marines during World War II. My grandfather, Robert Marquis Seeley, served in the U.S. Navy, and my mother’s father, who is still living, served as a wireless operator in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Today I want to remember the courage of my veteran ancestors, and the sacrifice of men and women in the armed forces who fight for our freedoms and for others, at home and abroad. You are amazing, and I am honored and blessed by your legacy.

Thank you for your service.

Happy Veterans Day!

Love, Sarah
