I want to thank everyone who has donated to my GoFundMe campaign for field school in Kenya. I’ve mentioned this in other updates on social media, but I wanted to reiterate how astounded I truly am by the generosity of my friends, and by the encouraging words I have received in private messages.
Your donations have greatly helped to relieve the burden of making my deposit. I was able to mail out that deposit in full today, with the help of my family as well, to secure my slot in the program. I cannot thank you all enough, nor fully express to you how much this has meant to me.
I believe I have delivered the ebooks I promised as a thank-you gift to each of my donors. If you have not received the stories I intended to give you, please reach out to me by sending me a message through the envelope icon on GoFundMe or through social media, and I’ll get that taken care of right away.
Speaking of stories…anyone who donates to my campaign has the option of receiving a brand new short story that I have not yet officially published entitled “Remedy.” Driveless, Blood Oath, and Maladaptive Bind are all options as well. These ebooks are complimentary as my thanks for your contribution.
If anyone is still interested in donating to help me cover future costs for the program, I will leave this fundraiser open for one more week. Every little bit helps–and the little bit everyone has donated so far has gone a long way. You can find the campaign here: https://www.gofundme.com/sendsaraheseeleyabroad2.
Once more, I am so grateful and humbled by your compassion and assistance. It means the world to me!
